            1:Healthy Diet




            Your body will respect your food. Women have to pay more attention to their own food and health while maintaining a carefree care of the entire family. Avoid high calories, sugar and salt and fat (Ice Creams, Cheese, Other Dairy Products, Cakes, Noodles.etc) Use low fat milk (Low Fat Milk, Skimmed Milk). Eat salad with carrots, broccoli and cucumber. To avoid osteoporosis in your age require daily calcium from 800 to 1500 mg calcium.

             Once your body experiences the taste of the original food, you may lose your interest in snacks and fast food.

2: Exercise



        Exercise is essential for achieving and maintaining optimal health. Heart disease is one of the major causes of death among women in the US. Sitting on the office throughout the day may cause varicose. Keeping it safe for 5 days a week can easily be eliminated. Women have aerobic exercises (walking, swimming, jogging, cycling, dance)   

3: Your mental health care

          A woman often dresses many roles. Daughter, mother, and grandmother - dealing with many stresses at every point in her life. Mental health is important for your physical well-being. Eat proper food and exercise. The food you eat directly affects your energy level, physical health, and mental attitude.




            You can keep your body healthy by choosing the foods that you can give you stable energy. This will help your mind better. The same diet does not work for each person. Talk to your doctor to find the best foods you like. Some vitamins and minerals may help to combat symptoms of depression. Experts say that folate, vitamin B12, calcium, iron, selenium, zinc and omega 3 can cause malnutrition.

 4: Find time for meditation





      Health is for not only the body but also the mind too. Our thoughts are just as important as the food we eat. Get up meditation, attend yoga classes. When your inner voice is negative, turn your thoughts in favor.

5: Adequate Sleep



     If you want to get up early in the morning, take 5 minutes to sleep early. If you get up early in the morning you will get the energy to face any problems that will arise that day.

6: Love a pet



     Studies have shown that love your pets like cats or dogs can reduce your blood pressure and feel your mood. Pets help keep us active.

7: Turn off the TV



         The 20 minutes on TV we are sitting in the sofa and last for hours. One day you can turn off the TV and use the Serials to read a book or write a letter at that time. Studies have shown that TV viewing before bedtime can hinder sleep.

8: Avoid dangerous habits



         During this period, women are becoming addicted to alcoholism and smoking. Avoid them. Try to stay away from those who are uprooted.

9: Listen to your body


     Our health care needs to be changed according to age. According to AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY we must start self-breast examination at the age of 20 years old and should be mammogram year by year 40. Immediate diagnosis of any changes in the body.

10: Get sunlight



         Adults have been told the truth that getting the warm sunlight , which increases the amount of calcium in the body and thus strengthens the bones, eliminates hormonal changes, reduces excess cholesterol and increases reproductive abilities. Helps to increase the vitamin D level in baby by getting sunlight by pregnant women

11: Know yourself


    Every woman should know herself, believe in herself, seek help when needed, and learn to deal with changes in life. It's not a difficult task to achieve. Listen to our body. Many women have been replaced by busy sleeping and nutritional food. If a woman can work in these things, her many problems can be solved. Remember that you can not control everything that happens in life.

Speaking to each woman to relax and talk with a deep breathing spine, then you'll get the confidence of subduing the world, giving her thoughts in the right shape and helping her to stay in a beautiful and stable manner.
