         The cost of a bottle of water is increasing day by day and also not affordable to everyone.But here a group of women made a solution for that.

The Sena Jal:

         Sena Jal is a purified hygienic and healthy bottled water which is being developed by AWWA was inaugurated on 2017 October 11. It costs 6 rupees per bottle. 

The thing to be highlighted is the Profit from  Sena Jal  is  used for the complete welfare of soldiers and their families, indirectly welfare of the Indian Army.  

The Army Wives Welfare Association

    The Army Wives Welfare Association stands for empowerment of army wives and their children and also focuses on rehabilitation programs for war widows and differently abled children. Madhulika Rawat is the Head of AWWA and it is one of the largest voluntary  organization in India.

   You can contact the AWWA Secretariat at the Defense Headquarters in New Delhi for the dealership of Sena Jal.

    Organization also conduct programs for improving the living conditions of rural poor persons and protecting the human rights violation against the Army personnel and their families. AWWA provides emotional and financial support to its widows,and many projects like Project Aahwan, Parisharm Cell, Lunch Projects, Paper Recycling plant etc have been initiated for socio economic empowerment of them.
